Professional experience
Over 7 years of experience as a counseling psychologist and hypnotherapist. Master’s degree in Psychology, certified hypnotherapist, and sexologist.
I believe that the most important task for any person is to do what they enjoy, live on their own terms, surround themselves with people who bring them joy, savor the process, and achieve their goals—even if the outcome differs from conventional standards.
This kind of life doesn’t have to align with social media ideals, neighbors’ opinions on "how things should be," or parents’ ideas of "what’s right or wrong."
My approach:
In my work, I integrate various methods and techniques to address the root causes of issues rather than just surface-level symptoms. Collaboration with me involves two key directions:
1. Counseling:
- Helps clarify how a problem is structured, understand its essence, and break it down systematically;
- Identifies the root cause of the issue;
- Explores how behavior or thinking may hinder goal achievement or problem-solving, and what changes can be made;
- Provides a safe space to express emotions and release tension;
- Uses targeted questions or techniques to gain new perspectives, draw important conclusions, and make decisions;
- Offers psychological support during crises.
2. Deep processing — focuses on transforming personality states through:
- Replacing unconscious beliefs at a deep level;
- Updating ineffective or outdated life strategies;
- Reducing the impact of past traumatic experiences on the present;
- Addressing the root causes of irrational (excessive or situationally inappropriate) emotions such as fear, guilt, shame, resentment, anger, and others;
- Cultivating a resourceful state in the present and more.
The entire psychotherapy process with me alternates between counseling and deep work, tailored to the client’s needs and the progression of therapy.
