Custom therapeutic approaches developed by individual practitioners, often combining multiple techniques.
Author-developed method: "A Way to Correct Women’s Sexual Health," patented in Ukraine (No. 38169, 2008) by Yelena Voronetskaya. This approach synthesizes insights from psychology, psychotherapy, sexology, and therapeutic physical exercise. Its primary goal is to restore and maintain women’s psychological, physiological, and sexual well-being. The method’s uniqueness lies in integrating individual psychological therapy with physical exercises (body-oriented therapy and health-improving fitness routines), helping women reconnect with themselves and their sexuality. Format: one-on-one sessions. Target audience: women aged 18+. Overview: Diagnosis and subsequent correction of a woman’s sexual and psychological attitudes toward intimate life and partner relationships, including: the impact of cultural, educational, experiential, physical, emotional, and psychological factors on a couple’s sexuality; ethics and morality in sexuality; shyness; sexual taboos; sexual satisfaction and its effect on the relationship; sexual literacy; the sensual aspects of sexuality; problematic attitudes toward intimacy; individual differences in partners’ sexual behavior; exploring one’s own and a partner’s sexuality; anatomy and physiology of sexuality. The method aims to harmonize sexual relationships within a couple.
Svetlana Lipinskaya’s signature method is rooted in the concept of *consonance*—the harmonious blending of multiple sounds in music. This metaphor reflects the therapy’s outcome: the harmonious alignment of all levels of perception—rational, emotional, imaginative, and physical. If even one level is overlooked, the harmony breaks down. The approach involves a psychologically informed dialogue with the client, fostering emotional and bodily intelligence, raising awareness of behavioral patterns, strengthening mental and emotional well-being, and enhancing overall quality of life.
Personalized Psychological Support (PPS) is an original method developed by Olena Bolycheva, PhD, outlined in her candidate dissertation. This approach integrates a person-centered focus with natural mechanisms of psychological self-regulation and self-organization. It is grounded in the belief that a person’s psychological resources are sufficient to address their challenges, while also unlocking additional potential for personal growth and adaptation to new life circumstances.
The "Learning Vitamins" method is designed to support preschool and early elementary children who struggle with learning due to distance education or other challenges. It aims to reignite their interest in studying, which may wane under excessive pressure or unclear goals. The core idea involves fostering attention, memory, thinking, logic, and other essential skills through engaging and motivating approaches developed by leading child psychologists and educators, including the prominent Ukrainian pedagogue and Donetsk academician V.F. Shatalov.
