I have been working as a psychologist since 2003, providing consultations since 2007 and operating in an active contract mode since 2016. I have been conducting training sessions since 2006, having trained over 3,200 people in more than 9,500 hours. Since 2009, I have been selecting, adapting, and training teams for local, national, and international companies. I have been leading transformational games since 2019 (games like "Lila: The Game of Life" and "Chaos").
