- 2015-2021 – Gestalt therapy training at the All-Ukrainian Association of Practicing Gestalt Approach (AUAPGA). Obtained the status of Gestalt therapist.

Since October 2015, I have been running a private practice. Since 2022, I have been leading therapeutic groups.
I have extensive experience working both in-person and online, including audio sessions, chat consultations, and email correspondence.
I work with adults individually, couples (romantic, professional, etc.), teenagers (one-on-one or with parents), and the LGBTQ+ community.

I work in Ukrainian and Russian. During the war, sessions may be offered at a reduced rate. My areas of focus include: relationships between partners, friendships, and family dynamics; psychological trauma and abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, financial), which may manifest as panic attacks, unexplained physical pain, recurring nightmares, or challenges in close relationships; low self-esteem, self-criticism, internal conflicts, and difficulty understanding one's own desires; addressing complex emotions such as pain, aggression, shame, guilt, and disgust; supporting clients through difficult states like panic attacks, depression, apathy, and boredom; as well as personal growth, self-discovery, and finding meaning in life.
