Professional experience
Provide in-person and online therapy based on the trauma therapy program from Regent University using a multimodal approach. Also work on a crisis hotline (consultations via online chats, Skype, phone).
Areas of focus
- I provide individual and group therapy, as well as work on a crisis helpline. I counsel clients on trauma, adjustment challenges, grief, loss, emotional relationship breakdowns, family conflicts, goal-setting, setting personal boundaries, manipulation, violence, and substance abuse (alcohol or drugs). I also assist with business development, team-building, leadership, and organizational management, drawing on my experience in business administration and growth.
