Не вмію спілкуватися. Немає друзів
Я не вмію спілкуватися, часто не можу знайти тему для розмови і у мене дуже низька самооцінка. В університеті зі мною ніхто не спілкуюся, на роботі також я часто мовчу. Коли я перейшла в університет, то намагалася поспілкуватися з одногрупницями і вони тепер уникають мене. Я вважаю, що я нудна і зі мною немає про що говорити. Я заздрю іншим людям, тому що вони не такі як я. Ще я боюся спілкування, намагаюся уникати його, навіть втікаю від людей, щоб вони не зрозуміли, що зі мною неможливо спілкуватися. Що робити?
