My approach is rooted in confidentiality, tolerance, and deep engagement with the client’s concerns, aiming to help them navigate their troubling questions together. I don’t offer ready-made solutions or template answers—instead, we embark on a new journey each time, helping the person better understand themselves, find their own answers, and restore inner harmony. I assist clients in navigating the medical-psychological landscape to identify and address their internal struggles, difficulties, or health concerns. My work includes in-depth exploration of: self-discovery, dream analysis, resolving inner conflicts, emotional disturbances, psychological trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias, and severe mental states. I also provide psychological support during pregnancy, addressing the emotional challenges of expecting and welcoming a child, working through perinatal trauma, correcting family dynamics, and preventing postpartum disorders. Additionally, I help clients with eating disorders by reframing their relationship with food and fostering a healthy approach to eating. I conduct group therapy across all these areas and offer supervision to psychologists in both individual and group formats.
