Professional experience
I currently practice the problem-symbolic approach, which integrates key areas of humanities and therapeutic practices (psychoanalysis, phenomenology, design analysis, existential direction, and ontological hermeneutics). My work focuses on identifying genuine personal issues and distinguishing them from external or imagined concerns, enabling deeper understanding and the development of ways to influence oneself or situations. I turned to analysis through my own life challenges, realizing that shifting one’s mindset and perception opens new horizons. This process requires the support of a conversational partner and witness—a role I am deeply grateful to my mentors for fulfilling. I welcome those seeking to overcome difficult periods, discover new meanings, or reconnect with themselves.
