After earning my psychology degree, completing training programs, group supervisions, personal therapy, and studying specialized literature—along with engaging with colleagues in psychology and spiritual development—I firmly believe that therapy’s effectiveness depends not only on methods but also on the therapist’s personality. It’s essential to find a specialist you trust and with whom you can build a strong working alliance. I am a practicing psychologist specializing in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, grounded in psychoanalytic principles, and I also use catathymic-imaginative psychotherapy (symbol drama), a method proven to be highly effective. Since 2014, I have run my own practice after obtaining a diploma in clinical psychology and completing training in psychoanalysis and symbol drama. I am an associate member of the Ukrainian Public Organization ‘Institute for the Development of Symbol Drama and Depth Psychology’ (IRSGP) and participate in the institute’s therapeutic events. I have experience in both individual and group psychotherapy and regularly engage in intervision and supervision sessions. I have conducted hundreds of consultations that have helped clients find solutions to complex life situations, restore inner balance, and improve relationships with loved ones and themselves.
