- I address issues such as depressive states, feelings of guilt, shame, loss, emptiness, hopelessness, powerlessness, and emotional detachment; anxiety, phobias, and panic attacks; intrusive thoughts, addictions, self-harm, and psychosomatic symptoms; anger, irritation, and jealousy; psychological trauma; relationship challenges (in couples, parent-child dynamics, with colleagues, friends, or oneself); and questions of self-realization, self-discovery, and self-esteem. I invite clients to explore their reactions, emotions, thoughts, and resources in therapy. I work using the Symbol Drama method—a psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy.
