I have two completed higher educations:

1. NDU named after M.V. Hohol: pedagogy, foreign languages. Specialist.

2. CPU named after T.H. Shevchenko – Master of Psychology. Certified consultant in the method of positive psychotherapy. Currently studying at the certified course "NLP Practitioner" at the International Academy of Professional Coaching. Completed courses in art therapy, coaching, NLP, psychosomatics. Participate in international conferences. Active member of UAPP.

I have been running my private practice since 2018 and have experience conducting financial literacy training sessions. I help clients: gain clarity in situations where everything feels unclear and it’s hard to determine the next step; identify their true desires, set goals, and achieve them; work on relationships—whether romantic, family, friendship, or professional. I teach effective communication: how to truly listen to others, avoid defensive reactions or attacks, and clearly express your needs so that you are heard. I assist in unlocking potential, boosting self-esteem, and believing in oneself; overcoming burnout and restoring balance in life. I continuously refine my skills by attending seminars, conferences, and undergoing personal therapy. I also have firsthand experience with personal transformation.
