For over 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals facing personal, professional, or social challenges they find difficult to navigate alone. Together, we explore the past, return to the present, and uncover new aspects of your identity. I listen to the silence where new thoughts and ideas emerge, support you through tough moments, and help you find your way to harmony and confidence. I’ve been passionate about psychology for over 20 years and have been practicing professionally since 2016, continuously expanding my expertise.

I work with couples: woman+man, woman+woman, man+man. The fee for couples is 50% higher than for individual therapy. I help clients manage stress, phobias, depression, panic attacks, psychosomatic symptoms, self-doubt, and challenges in relationships with loved ones (parents, guardians, siblings, children), parenting, finding inner peace, confidence, harmony in relationships, and overall well-being.
