I address issues related to professional self-discovery—choosing a career path, changing fields, finding direction when unsure of one’s goals, and overcoming dissatisfaction with work or career prospects. I help clients navigate life’s uncertainties, tough decisions, and challenges in professional communication. I support individuals in improving personal relationships, overcoming loneliness, resentment, and self-doubt, as well as addressing difficulties with self-expression and forming connections. I also work with feelings of depression, boredom, fatigue, and other concerns.
