Professional experience
I have been providing individual counseling regularly since 2014. I also have experience working with groups from 2012. While I have worked with adolescents and children, over time I have focused my practice on adults. The methods I use draw from various approaches, as I have completed extensive training and strive to tailor the best fit for each client.
Areas of focus
- Difficult emotional states, indecision in life-changing choices, strained relationships with parents, children, spouse, and colleagues, feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, fear, anger, and irritability. Addressing self-criticism and negative self-perception.
