Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2019. My greatest achievement is seeing clients make significant progress in self-understanding. This collaborative work helps them recognize the roots of their behavior and the sources of their emotions. The greatest joy comes when a client learns to live with their feelings without avoidance, finding fulfillment in themselves and their life. Ultimately, they discover how to accept and love themselves—a goal in many therapy journeys.
I believe inner work begins with selecting a therapist, the first session, and discussing goals and expectations—both for the initial meeting and the process as a whole.
Therapy focuses on building trust to address behavioral patterns formed in childhood through interactions with parents and loved ones. This process involves multiple stages that require time for awareness. If changes happen relatively quickly, it often means the psyche was already prepared for them.
To create change, you must first identify what needs to change. Sometimes, recognizing the beliefs causing suffering requires considerable effort. How do these beliefs force you to conform or chase an unattainable ideal, and why? These are key questions we explore. It won’t be easy, fast, or pleasant—but are you ready?
