Professional experience
I work with adults and adolescents, providing both in-person sessions (in my office in Zhytomyr) and online (via Skype). My goal and mission are to help clients gain deeper self-understanding, acting as a guide and support in their journey of self-discovery, which can lead to qualitatively new relationships with life, the world, and themselves. I guarantee complete confidentiality and adherence to professional ethical standards.
Areas of focus
- Assisting with relationship difficulties, self-discovery, and personal growth. Addressing depression, panic attacks, fears, phobias, psychosomatic conditions, and grief. Supporting individuals struggling with self-doubt, intrusive thoughts or behaviors, feeling stuck in life, and searching for personal meaning.
