Organizational psychologist (management consultant, organizational consultant, psychologist, business coach). Since 2006, I have been providing systematic personnel support—from diagnostics to psychotherapy—and collaborating with company leadership (from individual to systemic level). My consulting approach, whether for businesses or individuals, focuses on solving your challenges through structured analysis, framed as: harmony = Self + Others + Environment. I work methodically and step-by-step to transform business and personal systems for balanced outcomes. My goal is to help you recognize your resources, behavioral patterns, and pathways to harmonious relationships with yourself and others. Sessions are available in-person and online via Skype.
