Has been practicing as a psychologist since 2015 with extensive experience in international consulting and training projects in IT, staff training, HR, project management, and international tourism. Holds active memberships in the National Psychological Association of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Association for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, the Ukrainian Association for Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the international organization ACBS (Association for Contextual Behavioral Science).
Areas of focus
- Support for adults navigating life challenges, crises, and emotional difficulties—such as anxiety, depression, burnout, panic attacks, phobias, low self-esteem, and self-worth issues. Assists with emotional regulation, overcoming procrastination, ADHD, and the aftermath of traumatic experiences or abusive relationships. As a family psychologist, works with couples and families to rebuild trust, resolve conflicts, address jealousy, codependency, and the impact of betrayal.
