You don’t know how to respond when someone is rude to you, replaying the unpleasant conversation in your mind for a long time. You struggle to say “no,” so others often take advantage of you. You prioritize others over yourself, even at your own expense. Loved ones interfere in your life, making decisions for you. You fear conflict and avoid it at all costs. You don’t know how to handle your emotions, and interactions with people leave you feeling hurt. You’ve forgotten about your own interests and don’t make time for yourself. If any of this resonates with you, you may already be experiencing apathy, depression, or a lack of energy. Ignoring these feelings will only make things worse—chronic health issues may arise, your will to live and act will fade, and deep depression can set in. I deeply understand your struggle because I’ve been there myself. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I avoided conflict at all costs, swallowing insults and humiliation. Instead of addressing problems, I kept tolerating and suffering in silence. I felt terrible but didn’t even realize what was happening to me. I searched for a way out and found it in psychotherapy and spiritual practices. I started with individual sessions and group work, and my life changed dramatically. I became more confident, learned to set boundaries, stand up for myself, and resist manipulation. I discovered the immense potential of psychotherapy and decided to pursue further training, earning certificates and diplomas. In total, I completed over 900 hours of individual and group therapy, along with seminars and initiations in various spiritual practices. This journey helped me develop my own approach to working with clients. My methods have proven effective—over 100 consultations have shown that my life experience and techniques significantly impact clients’ progress. I’ve dedicated my energy to helping people with boundary issues more effectively than general therapists. My clients rediscover their true desires and needs, gain confidence, become self-sufficient, learn to protect their boundaries, and start living more vibrant, fulfilling lives.
