Psychology is more than a profession to me—it’s a conscious way of life. I work with each person who seeks help, respecting their choices, life path, and unique story. My clients are protected by ethical standards, confidentiality, and my personal values of safeguarding their private lives and secrets. Understanding how challenging therapy can be to start, I create an atmosphere of trust, safety, and support where you can be yourself. The issues I address include inner conflicts (shame, envy, guilt, fear), difficulties in recognizing and expressing emotions, relationship challenges (romantic, family, professional), the impact of childhood experiences, identity exploration, and self-worth, as well as work with depressive, anxiety-related states, and borderline conditions. If needed, I collaborate with psychiatrists. I work with adults and teenagers from the age of 14 (with parental or guardian consent).
