I have been providing counseling since 2004 and psychotherapy since 2006. People come to me with a wide range of concerns, but I am most helpful to those experiencing deep emotional pain they can’t manage alone—whether after relationship breakups, loss of loved ones, addictions, trauma from accidents or violence, or other recent or long-standing psychological wounds. I also assist those feeling lost and unsure how to relate to their lives and relationships when answers aren’t found in books, films, online sources, or even among friends—essentially, in moments of psychological crisis. My approach to therapy, shaped by both my nature and training, often helps ease pain and confusion.
