My primary areas of focus include emotional challenges, crisis intervention, addressing psychosomatic symptoms, and issues related to self-esteem and self-realization (helping clients reshape life narratives and unlock inner resources). I integrate techniques from Gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, NLP, psychodrama, fairy-tale therapy, guided imagery, art therapy, and coaching. I work individually with both children and adults.
