I assist with issues in the following areas: self-relationship and relationships with others, communication difficulties, challenges in building romantic partnerships, family dynamics, exploring and embracing femininity and sexuality, emotional dependency and codependent relationships, conflict resolution, depression, grief and loss, anxiety disorders (phobias, panic attacks, OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, somatic symptom disorder), psychosomatic conditions, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, lack of life purpose or direction, self-actualization, and personal identity exploration.
