Oleksandra Lytvynchuk

Psychologist, family psychologist, gestalt therapist, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor of psychology, psychologist at STB TV channel. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Lviv with a degree in Psychology, then completed a master's and postgraduate studies in psychology. Completed 1-2 levels of gestalt therapy training at MGI (Kyiv). Completed a 4-year program in transactional analysis in psychotherapy at UATA (Kyiv), as well as NLP practitioner training at the Ukrainian Academy of Training (Kyiv). Completed specializations: 'Systemic approach in family work', 'Women-men relationships', 'Development of bodily awareness within gestalt therapy', 'Working with trauma and post-traumatic personality disorder'.

Since 2006, I have run a private psychological practice, providing individual consultations and psychotherapy. For over 10 years, I have conducted social and psychological training sessions focused on developing communication skills, team-building, personal growth, and assertive behavior. Currently, I lead specialized courses, thematic groups, and psychotherapy sessions on the fundamentals of counseling and therapy within Gestalt therapy, as well as on male-female relationships, developing femininity and sexuality, recognizing personal aggression, and learning constructive conflict resolution. Additionally, I teach effective strategies for influence and resistance to manipulation in interpersonal communication.
