Professional experience
I have over 20 years of experience in psychology. I provide individual and couples counseling, as well as workshops. I have completed over 150 hours of personal therapy.
Areas of focus
- I can help if you're struggling with relationship issues—whether with a partner, family, colleagues, or children—as well as anxiety, apathy, depression, irritability, feelings of guilt or shame, fears, or phobias. My work also focuses on boosting self-esteem, overcoming self-criticism, and building confidence. I support clients through personal crises, grief, divorce, betrayal, or other difficult life transitions. I also address psychosomatic symptoms, the aftermath of trauma, diagnosed PTSD, and recurring negative life patterns or intrusive memories that disrupt your well-being.
