I have over 20 years of experience in psychology. I provide individual and couples counseling, as well as workshops. I have completed over 150 hours of personal therapy.

I also address psychosomatic symptoms, the aftermath of trauma, diagnosed PTSD, and recurring negative life patterns or intrusive memories that disrupt your well-being.
