Psychological Chronology
An approach exploring life events and timelines to understand patterns and personal development.
The Psychological Chronology method helps assess psychological issues by examining their development over time. While conflicts often arise from the principle of reciprocity—'you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours'—problematic situations can escalate into a cycle of retaliation. Chronological analysis reveals the sequence in which conflicts emerge. Frequently, resentment stems not from the situations themselves but from prior relationships, worldviews, or value systems. Reconstructing the timeline allows individuals to reassess their past automatic reactions from a more mature perspective, evaluate them in light of new moral values, and recognize their personal growth.Людмила Леонидовна Мещерякова
