David Fincher's psychological thriller "Gone Girl" is a film about a young married couple experiencing a crisis in their marital life, accompanied by mysterious events!Gone Girl

In my opinion, the plot of this film is simply overflowing with psychological phenomena that can be discussed for a long time, so I will focus on the portrait of the main heroine — Amy! At first glance, Amy is a "pretty girl," a loving daughter and wife, a person with high moral values...

But let's look at what is hidden behind this mask of "perfection."
So:
"Super-Amy" is a rather attractive image for the public! The heroine knew perfectly well what she needed to do to be a "proper" wife, a wonderful friend, and an ideal daughter! And it was precisely due to childhood trauma (created by her parents' idealization of Amy) that a split in psychological identity occurred — "Ideal Me/Real Me." From the first minutes of the film, she gave the impression of a pleasant person, but no one knew what her "real self" concealed — a rather characteristic trait of sociopathic disorder.
Amy is very intelligent and rational, as seen later — "cold-blooded"! Closer to the middle of the film, it becomes clear how Amy calculates every step, precisely and without hesitation. There is calmness and deliberation in unpredictable situations (though her own behavior is unpredictable).
Amy feels no guilt, shame, or remorse for her actions; her main goal is to achieve her objective, no matter the cost. And it is important that, in doing so, she must remain a victim of circumstances, a model wife, and a model citizen in the eyes of the townspeople!
It may seem that the heroine is just a "hysterical girl," but it is precisely her determination, calculation of her actions, and split self — that point to a sociopathic personality disorder.

I recommend it for viewing, especially to those who love psychological thrillers. This is one of the few films that managed to hold my attention throughout the entire plot!
