I work with adults who experience chronic fatigue, apathy, irritability, mood swings, family conflicts or issues with children, lack of energy and resources, a need for support and understanding, as well as those who feel stuck in difficult situations. For children and adolescents, my focus includes excessive activity, inattention, impulsivity, learning difficulties, heightened anxiety, fears, or challenges in peer relationships.
