Education
In 2009, graduated from NAU and obtained a degree in psychology, worked for a year at the city family center as a practicing psychologist, and enrolled in the Kostyuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine for a PhD in social psychology; always interested in the psychology of relationships.
Completed advanced training at the Kyiv City Family Center:
1. Art therapy as a means of socio-psychological correctional work;
2. Program for specialists implementing correctional work for individuals who have committed domestic violence;
3. OSCE program "Psychological support in extreme situations", own supervisions.
Conducts regular training sessions on effective communication in teams, adaptation to new conditions and teams.
In individual consultations, works on topics such as increasing awareness and engagement in the life process, finding inner resources, personality socialization, relationships, psychological trauma and age crises, self-esteem. Uses cognitive-behavioral therapy methods and elements of psychoanalysis. In difficult situations for client self-disclosure, uses metaphorical cards, constellations, and art methods.
Professional experience
I’m 45 years old and my first degree was in education. However, to better connect with the world, I earned a second degree in psychology. This significantly changed my life. I’ve been practicing since 2009, so I have the tools to help you make meaningful changes in your life.
Areas of focus
- Struggles with life dissatisfaction, feelings of confusion or aimlessness, difficulty making decisions, challenges with boundaries, low self-esteem, or a lack of inner resources. I also work with self-awareness, identity questions, psychological trauma, life crises, and relationships with parents, partners, children, and colleagues.
