I’ve attended dozens of courses and trainings, but titles shouldn’t fool you. It’s much more reliable to feel your psychologist with your heart. Often, a photo is enough for that.

Everyone living in society becomes a bit of a psychologist. But when this journey is given direction, enriched with awareness, a variety of techniques, and intuition — voilà! A new psychologist emerges from the club of mindful fools. What is experience? It’s life itself.

- Improving quality of life, resolving family conflicts (e.g., when a partner or child behaves inappropriately). Psychological support for adolescents. Overcoming relationship difficulties, feelings of being stuck, and internal conflicts. Addressing low self-esteem, shyness, and social anxieties. Assisting with somatic disorders, burnout, and people-pleasing tendencies. Guidance in finding life purpose, achieving happiness, and social integration. Couples therapy and support in reducing reliance on antidepressants.
