- I assist clients with personal goals such as defining objectives, developing effective strategies to achieve them, boosting motivation, resolving inner conflicts, strengthening self-esteem, and making important decisions. I also address interpersonal conflicts, transform negative states into positive ones, support self-acceptance, work on relationships with the opposite sex, and help reframe limiting beliefs into empowering ones.
