Since 2008 — private psychological consultations and personal growth training. 2000–2004 — HR manager in construction and repairs at "IVAS" PE. 1998–2007 — HR manager and business trainer at "ANTEK" LLC (recruitment, adaptation and staff development, sales and team-building training). 1993–1998 — teacher at a boarding school.
