Professional experience
Over 15 years of experience as a counseling psychologist. I run a private practice where I tailor approaches to each client’s needs, primarily using Gestalt therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, art therapy, and other tools. I offer both in-person and online sessions, always approaching each client with care and respect.
Areas of focus
- Areas of focus include supporting clients with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias; navigating life crises, improving self-esteem, and reshaping negative life patterns; resolving relationship conflicts, guiding adolescents through crises, and assisting parents with upbringing challenges; and fostering emotional regulation and resilience.
