Professional experience
Since 2016, I have conducted personality assessments using the Rorschach inkblot method. From 2017 to 2022, I worked as a counseling psychologist in the psychotherapy and medical psychology department of Kyiv City Clinical Psychoneurological Hospital No. 2. Since 2017, I have maintained a private practice at the Psychological Center 'Selena Group.' In 2022, I worked as a crisis hotline psychologist for Kyiv City Clinical Psychoneurological Hospital No. 2. Since 2022, I have been a psychologist with a multidisciplinary team at a charitable organization.

Low self-esteem and challenges with self-acceptance (constant comparisons with others, envy, lack of confidence in one's abilities). Feelings of loneliness and difficulties in building relationships. Fear of expressing thoughts, shyness. Professional burnout and seeking purpose in work. Communication conflicts. Psychosomatic symptoms (pain in the neck, head, or abdomen, muscle spasms, nausea, weakness, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, difficulty breathing). Panic attacks and sudden episodes of fear. Procrastination and postponing important tasks. Experiencing crises (feeling of losing ground when everything falls apart). A sense that life is being put on hold.
