Hello. My name is Iryna. I am a practicing psychologist. In 2021, I graduated from Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. In 2018, I completed NLP Practitioner and NLP Master training. I graduated from a private school in practical, family, child psychology, art therapy, and M.A.K. Currently, I continue training in the Gestalt approach.
Professional experience
As a trainee psychologist, I offer my services free of charge. If you prefer, you can support me with a donation of your choosing (this often works better, as free services can sometimes be undervalued). I provide online consultations via video call on Telegram, Viber, or Instagram. Each session lasts 1 hour.

- Complex relationship issues—romantic, family, friendship, workplace, or social; struggles with resentment, fear, anxiety, aggression, shame, guilt, envy, or jealousy; betrayal and emotional dependency; self-esteem, self-acceptance, and confidence concerns; internal conflicts; food and body image challenges; and finding purpose and self-actualization. Works integratively, tailoring methods to each client’s unique needs.
