Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
Areas of focus include navigating life crises such as developmental transitions, loss, separation, trauma, adjustment challenges, existential questioning, and moral dilemmas. I work with clients who have experienced psychological trauma, including physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. Relationship difficulties—whether with family, partners, or in social contexts—as well as feelings of loneliness are common concerns. I also address suppressed emotions like resentment, anger, or guilt that may contribute to psychosomatic symptoms. Low self-esteem, self-criticism, anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination, and indecision often hinder personal growth and goal achievement; I help clients build confidence and clarity. Career guidance, self-discovery, and life purpose exploration are integral parts of the work. Establishing healthy boundaries, asserting personal needs, and overcoming emotional burnout or loss of motivation are also key areas. Additionally, I support clients in identifying and shifting limiting beliefs, life scripts, and worldviews that block fulfillment, joy, and authentic self-expression.
