Professional experience
I began my professional journey in 2013 as a crisis line counselor.
In recent years, I have been running a private practice, offering both online and in-person sessions, as well as leading art therapy groups.
Areas of focus
- I provide counseling for issues such as low self-esteem, self-discovery, feelings of guilt and shame, lack of confidence, interpersonal relationship difficulties, eating disorders, and depressive states. My practice also incorporates metaphorical cards and art therapy techniques.
