- I specialize in addressing issues such as loneliness, low self-esteem, heightened anxiety and fears, guilt, grief and loss, boundary violations, relationship difficulties, psychological trauma, and childhood patterns. I help clients shift from a victim mentality to an empowered, proactive approach to life, cultivate self-love, improve emotional well-being, and build healthy relationships with suitable partners. I also assist with career guidance. I work with adults and children aged 6 and older in a safe, supportive therapeutic space.
