I help clients to: build self-confidence and improve relationships with loved ones; clarify their desires, values, and needs, gain deeper self-awareness and understanding of others; unlock inner resources, boost energy levels, and strengthen resilience; navigate difficult life situations and make important decisions; identify psychological roots of physical health issues. Common concerns clients bring to therapy include: low self-esteem, loneliness, and self-doubt; feelings of guilt, resentment, and shame; anxiety, irritability, and panic attacks; life crises, existential questions, and self-actualization; burnout in motherhood; gender identity concerns; depression, loss of motivation and vitality; psychosomatic conditions.
