Specializes in: "good girl" syndrome, breaking free from toxic relationships, codependency with parents, fear of rejection, perfectionism, procrastination, low self-esteem, toxic shame and self-blame, adapting to motherhood and maternity leave, supporting clients with postpartum depression, socialization challenges after maternity leave, existential crises, loneliness, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, effects of chronic stress, helping clients identify their true goals and desires, and organizing their implementation.
Areas of focus
- I work with personal crises, internal and external conflicts, and dissatisfaction in close relationships. I assist clients in self-discovery, exploring their capabilities, values, and priorities. I help expand behavioral responses and strengthen personal inner resources.
