I specialize in meaningful transformations—helping clients work through emotions and limiting beliefs, build psychological flexibility, and develop new skills. Our collaboration can be short-term (5–10 sessions) or long-term therapy, depending on the depth of the issue. The latter focuses on sustainable behavioral and mindset changes, as the roots of problems often run deep over years or even a lifetime. Key areas of my practice include anxiety, depression, stress, family crises, grief, relationship challenges, addictions, loneliness, low self-esteem, burnout, life purpose exploration, and harmonizing personal and professional growth.
