I am launching my own counseling practice and offer individual online sessions via Skype, Telegram, and Zoom.

- I help clients manage anxiety, panic attacks, emotional burnout, low self-esteem, and other psychological challenges. I work with requests to develop self-regulation skills, strengthen self-respect, and establish healthy personal boundaries. I assist in transforming negative beliefs into positive mindsets. I provide support during difficult life situations, including grief and pain.
