Professional experience
I have been providing individual counseling since 2019. My approach is multimodal, integrating techniques from art therapy, client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), symbolic drama, gestalt therapy, logotherapy, body-breathing therapy, existential therapy, trauma therapy, MBT, VCC, and others. I have completed over 300 hours of personal therapy since 2017 and regularly participate in intervision and supervision sessions since 2019. Since 2024, I have been an active member of the National Psychological Association. I work officially as a sole proprietor under KVED 86.90 (other healthcare activities). Sessions last 1 hour and cost 2000 UAH. Extended sessions of 1.5 hours (3000 UAH) or 2 hours (4000 UAH) are available by arrangement. Couples sessions are 1.5 hours for 3000 UAH. Discounted sessions may be available upon individual agreement if slots are open. Currently, I work online, with the possibility of in-person sessions in Kyiv under consideration.

I support clients in addressing emotional challenges, psychological trauma, eating disorders, identity and self-determination issues—particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in working with the aftermath of war, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, as well as personal growth through body-breathing techniques, symbolic drawing, Gestalt therapy, and other contemporary therapeutic approaches.
