Professional experience
Licensed psychologist, gestalt therapist, and professional coach (PCC ICF-accredited, gestalt coach) with an MBA. Over 15 years of experience in psychological support for clients, with over a decade specializing in confidence-building, crisis management, and career development, and three years focusing on imposter syndrome. I have invested over $150,000 in my professional growth and completed more than 20 certified psychology courses (NLP, positive psychotherapy, gestalt therapy, instructor of Daoist practices and dynamic meditations, group social-psychological training facilitator, specialization in money-related work within the gestalt approach, and organizational consulting). I work from a multimodal approach, selecting the most effective methods and tools for each client. My practice combines coaching, psychotherapy, evidence-based psychology, and Eastern practices (meditations/autogenic training). I base my work on an understanding of how the brain and mind function and the ability to identify and harness necessary resources.
