Areas of focus
- Building a safe, trusting, and accepting therapeutic relationship is central to my work, serving as the foundation for restoring harmony within oneself. My practice focuses on providing psychological support during crises, grief, and stress, as well as addressing anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, excessive self-demands, communication difficulties, and feelings of guilt. I assist clients in restoring life balance, rediscovering inner resources to overcome emptiness, lack of purpose or energy, and support them in understanding their needs, emotions, capabilities, and body acceptance.
