Professional experience
Since 2010, I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy, leading therapy groups. In 2012, I worked as a practical psychologist at the Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Consultation under the Education Department. From 2017, I have been involved in co-therapy training and teaching for Gestalt therapists at the Interregional Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Art (MIGTIM). From 2018 to 2020, I served as the head of the psychological service at the Education Department’s RMK. From 2020 to 2021, I worked as a practical psychologist at the Inclusive Resource Center.
Areas of focus
- I specialize in emotional dependency, toxic relationships, family conflicts, and parent-child dynamics. I help clients manage depression, anxiety, fears, dissatisfaction with life, grief (including loss from amputation or disability), low self-esteem, burnout, trauma, effects of difficult childhood, and finding life purpose.
