I am at the beginning of my professional journey in psychology, specializing in supporting adolescents and family relationships. I help parents and children find common ground, rebuild trust, and learn to express their feelings. I also work with adults on stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and finding personal meaning.

My focus includes self-acceptance, inner resilience, and finding balance between personal and professional life.
