I use Gestalt therapy and art therapy to support adolescents (navigating developmental crises, career guidance, fostering responsibility, and discovering meaning) and adults (parent-child dynamics, overcoming fears, building self-confidence, enhancing goal attainment, and resolving family conflicts).
