I help clients build and maintain healthy relationships while addressing complex emotional states such as anxiety, irritation, depression, aggression, and panic attacks. I work with parent-child relationships, divorce, experiences of abuse, breaking free from victimhood and self-devaluation. I assist in coping with pain, fears, low self-esteem, and family conflicts. I address unexplained discomfort, fears, loneliness, recurring life situations, and generational patterns. Support is provided for burnout, feelings of helplessness, lack of purpose, and struggles with self-understanding or finding meaning in life. I have experience working with childhood, adolescent, and adult trauma.
