Areas of focus
- Clients often present with interconnected concerns, and during therapy, the initial issue may shift as a more pressing one emerges. Common areas I address include professional and emotional burnout, anxiety, sleep disturbances, stress-related and depressive reactions, fears and phobias, emotional disorders, and episodes of aggression or anger. I also work with grief and loss, family conflicts, relationship challenges, family and generational patterns, social adaptation difficulties, life goal-setting, decision-making struggles, adolescent support, self-esteem issues, and questions of self-discovery.
